A huge turn out for the Warblers this week with 20 pairs contending for the Greensome Cup. Many good shots and many good scores but alas only 3 pairs at the end of the day went home with prizes.

In 1st., we have the winning duo of ‘ where’s my ball ’ Malcolm Robinson and Steve Smith with 39pts.

In 2nd., on C/B, ‘ ever steady ’  John Daniels again secures another win alongside partner Michael Taylor with 39pts.

And in 3rd., the very ‘ in form ’ pair of Steve Cliffe and Stafford Pemberton with 37pts.

The NTP’s went to Rosemary Edwards on Hole 8 and Dave Reynolds on Hole 14.

We had 4 guests - David Rimmer, Kirstie Keane, Mike Grant  and Dave Reynolds.

The Football Card went to ‘ I don’t believe it ’ Roger Vicars with Blackburn.

Next week, October 4th. will be the Spectrum Trophy at Alicante. First Tee Time ( for now ) 11:36am so please arrive by 10:50am for registration.
