This week 24 Warblers travelled to Alicante Golf for a Stableford competition. After being closed for 8 months we found the course in good condition with some subtle changes.It was a lovely sunny day with a slightly chilly breeze.

David Baggaley was our Sponsor this week with prizes for places 1 - 3 in the two divisions and 4 nearest the pins. David rightly got the loudest applause of the day. 👏👏

There was a lot of  "Excessive Happiness " going on at the Presentation 😀

 and of course a little heartache on some scores 😠 

A big thank you to David French, Bill Diamond and Sylvia Evans for making the day run that much smoother.

Next week Wed 9th Dec we are at Oliva Nova for our Twelve days of Christmas Turkey Trot. Hopefully there will be a lot of joviality had with Brandy and Mince pies on the first tee. a prize for the best festive hat which must be worn on holes one and eighteen and Prizes a plenty.

Jenny Berry will be there with Brandy etc and bringing all the prizes. Also Jen will be our Judge on the best Hat of the day.
